Happy Valentine's Day!
And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13
This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. 1 John 4:10-12
I plan to celebrate by hosting a small dinner party with chocolate cake. In years past, I have had quiet dinners at home with my boy and watched movies and eaten pizza with my best girl friends. It's been fun every time.
I just love Valentine's Day! It's the perfect excuse to mix red and pink, eat chocolate, wear red lipstick, and carry a heart balloon. I hope that you enjoy the festivities today and reflect on true love.
