goodbye, winter 2014

It has been a cold winter with much more snow and ice than we usually see here in North Carolina. 

I didn't hate it. The snow and ice were both beautiful. I still had power, I was able to have some work days, and life slowed down a bit. I usually do way too much, but the possibility of dangerous roads forced me to stay home at times. Even so, everything got done. The Lord knows what we need. 

I'm glad that winter is finally over, and I'm hoping for a glorious spring.
